This course to be accessible and informative for everyone who wants to learn about female pelvic and menstrual cycle sciences.
Whether you're an educator or therapist looking to deepen your understanding of female anatomy OR you’ve absolutely no background science and just want to learn how to better care for your menstrual cycles, then this course is for you.
When you finish, you’ll feel well educated and informed about the incredible female body.
My Approach
So, I'm a total nerd at heart. I value good quality education and I strive to provide this for my students too. I’m also dyslexic, schooling has never come easily to me and learning by rote is disastrous. I’m a tactile, kinesthetic and visual learner. My teaching style takes on similar tones. I understand how inaccessible, complicated and elusive anatomy can seem to some people.
My course and teaching approach makes understanding the science of your body really accessible and, importantly, I back it up with evidence-based research.
The online aspect of the course is all about the healthy functioning of female pelvic & menstrual cycle anatomy & physiology.
Topics covered in the online modules will include:
Anatomy of the female pelvic floor - how it functions & how we can best care for it.
Anatomy of the female genitalia & reproductive organs - from the clitoris to the ovaries & everything in between, we get to really know our sexual bodies.
Physiology of the ovarian & menstrual cycles - a deep dive into the nuance of reproductive physiology and how we can best care for our cycles.

Nope. If you’re completely new to anatomy & physiology this course will be an empowered step in getting to know your body better. No previous experience or biology education is necessary to take part. You might feel a little overwhelmed by the amount of info on the course but you can take from it what you like and come back for more when you’re ready.

For me, the mark of a good educational course is one I can attend already having a decent basis of the topic and come out feeling really well-informed, where concepts and teaching coalesce in my mind and I’ve got lots of new material to chew on. That's what I hope to offer you in this course. All my material is backed-up by evidence-based research and you’ll have access to most of this through the private student platform. So, if there’s an aspect of the course you wanna dive deeper into, I’ve got you covered.

Not this course. But let’s talk! I think education for men on this topic, especially those who work with women, is super important. I’d love to hear more about what you’re looking for.

Not by any external governing body.
I can present you with a certificate of attendance for hours completed for CPD requirements. This is contingent on the attendance at all live module events and the proficient passing of the online assessment associated with each module (70% pass rate). This ensures that a high standard of learning outcomes are achieved on the course.

It’s preferable if you attend all the live sessions. You will definitely get the most out of the course if you do. But! Life happens, I get that. If you can’t make the live online sessions or they’re out of your time zone, you’re more than welcome to catch up through the video replays. They’ll be available for 6 weeks from the time of the recording.
